ferroli 38 k combi boiler. ?

I hd this ferroli combi boiler recently fitted. The water that comes through the shower is at very low pressure and as soon as the washbasin tap is on the water stops in the shower.

sounds like a water supply problem, probably isn't a fault with the boiler. check the water inlet isolation valve under the boiler is opened enough.
