boiler partially fitted and plumber left ?????

I have a boiler fully connected on the plumbing side, installer not happy about wiring so left. We had a Y wiring system on old bolier but no idea about wiring new boiler to this system as details in manual contradict itself on Y wiring plan and new wiring plan

Sounds like you chose a cowboy and paid up front! Y plan wiring is straightforward, e.g. look at http://www.gasman.fsbusiness.co.uk/fully_pumped_systems.htm

You'll have to start again otherwise.

Existing boiler normally have L N E wires and should be connected to L to Swl N to N E to E and all new boilers have permanent Live should be taken from juction box Live and connected to L on the boiler and should do the job. You should new cable 4 core from the juction box.
If you are unsure than call right person to do the job
