how do i get heating for my glow worm fuelsaver mk11?

we dont seam to beable to get any water to the pump in the tank there is two pipes a thin one and a fat pipe could u please help me and let me know which pipe feeds the water to the pump?

sound like u have a blockage get a magnet it wont stick to copper but may stick to the blockage check pipes near the pump where the the small 15mm cold feed pipe joins the ch system cut out any blocked pipes

the large pipe will be the open vent pipe & the smaller the cold feed. the small one will be feeding the water into the system. there is a chance it may be choked. best thing is to turn the water to the tank off & cut out a few sections of the pipe to clear the blockage. if you're unsure about what to do it would probably be best to get a plumber or heating engineer in to do it for you, as it will most likely be cheaper in the long run.
