how to repair te flasing screen?

i have a tsco technika 32 inch tv and my screen is flashing from red to blue to green and so on how ca i fix the problem without the remote?

Hi, i have exactly the same problem. was given the tv with no remote, when i connect my sky aeriel and scart lead nothing happens. Did you manage to find a solution to this?
