boiler not getting signal from Drayton Digistat RF2?

What could it be that both trasmiter and receiver showing the boiler is on. But the boiler is off and there is no heating. Tried most of the things-changing baterrys,reseting,switching power off. No luck so far. Please help?

I thought so. Sometimes if you take transmiter close to receiver and restart few times, it does start working.

it may be that your receiver has failed , not giveing signal to boiler
