hi. the thermocouple on my kinder gas fire as packed in . ive tried to get a gas fitter . they are all two busy
it looks as though i could do it my self

what do you think ????

I am just an unqualified muppet and my advice is worthless - but if it was me I would do it myself.

People may follow this answer and quote Gas Safety (Intallation & Use) Regulations 1998 and crow on about the dangers and illegality (there is potential danger but no illegality) of doing it yourself.
