Worcester Bosch 240 RSF?

Boiler is fitted in garage with frost stat, but heating not responding to programe timer or room thermostat? waking up at 3.00am house like a sauna! Cant seem to turn it off? Frost stat in garage on lowest setting, water temp on IIII it is -6c outside whats happening?
