WORCESTER BOSCH CDi COMBI BOILER?

MY BOILER KEEPS STOPPING. i BELIEVE THE PIPES FITTED ON OUTSIDE WALL OF BOILER KEEP FREEZING UP AND STOPPING THE BOILER WORKING.

I KEEP POURING VERY VERY HOT WATER ON THE PIPES AND I MANAGE TO GET MY BOILER WORKING AGAIN. HOWEVER, IT KEEPS FREEZING UP.HAPPENING EVERY FEW DAYS IN THIS COLD WEATHER. i BELIEVE THE PIPES DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH LAGGING ROUND THEM. COULD EXTRA LAGGING OF THE PIPES HELP TO STOP THIS PROBLEM ?

I HAVE CONTACTED YOU TODAY BY FILLING IN YOUR FORM ASKING FOR AN ENGINEER TO COME OUT TO MEND MY BOILER.

I AM 72 YRS OF AGE AND WONDER IF YOU COULD HALP ME TO SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT.

THANKING YOU

lagging will help in some cases, but you are doing the right thing in the mean time. it may be that the condensate pipe is not installed correctly. sometimes having the pipe replaced with a larger diameter pipe may also help.
