Pilot light on Worcester Bosch 25Si?

The pilot light has gone out on this and I have been told it is self igniting but it hasn't done this. Can I do anything to get it reset ?

it will be automatic ignition, turn the power off and on again or press the re-set button. if it's a greenstar model then the condensate pipe may be frozen.`
