worcester boiler no ignition and flashing light?

we have had a hairdryer on inside pipes and boiling water on outside pipes but still not working should we be consentrating on the fat pipe high up on the wall or the thin plastic lowere down ones? please help its freezing! thanks

the plastic pipe at the bottom it should be about 1 inch to inch and a 1/4 diameter. trace it to where it terminates and start there and work back. the fat one sounds like it the flue and about 5inch dia

usually a white plastic pipe a few feet below the exhaust outlet, it should connect into a drain pipe or go down to the ground.
