The above answers were correct (thanks Darren and Sam) my overflow pipe was blocked too. Everything works fine now I have removed the ice.

Steaming the condensate outlet pipe from the condenser worked for us, then following the reset instructions. Better than waiting 5 days for B. Gas to come out!!

unblock your condensate pipe its the plastic pipe going out from the bottom of the boiler about 1 inch diameter
trace it to where it terminates ie outside it will be frozen reset the boiler

I also have this message on my boiler at the moment; the boiler is only 15 months old. I have checked the condensate pipe outside and can see it is blocked with ice, so I am guessing that is the problem. I will be pouring boiling water on to the pipe in the morning and hopefully It will be working again.
