When heating is turned on, the flame ignites twice then when it tries to ignite for the 3rd time it makes the sound as if the flame is going to ignite put doesnt. Then the boiler goes into lockout. I've tried resetting and starting again but then the flame doesnt iginite at all and the system goes straight into lockout
