NO HOT WATER OR HEATING?

I HAVE A GREENSTAR 24I JUNIOR THE RESET BUTTON IS FLASHING AND THE BLUE LIGHT FLASHES EVERY 2 SECONDS. I HAVE PUT WATER IN IT AS THE WATER PRESSUE WAS RIGHT DOWN. I WAS TOLD THE PIPE MIGHT BE FROZEN I HAVE POURED WARM WATER ON THE PIPE OUTSIDE AND PUT THE HAIRDRYER ON THE INSIDE STILL HAVING NO LUCK COULD IT BE SOMETHING ELSE APART FROM FROZEN CONDENSATION PIPE. WHEN I PRESS RESET IT MAKES A PUMPING WATER NOISE THEN CUTS OUT AGAIN AFTER APPROX 2 MINS ANYONE GOT ANY SUGGESTIONS.

if the condensate pipe runs outside the building then cut it with a hacksaw, then pour hot water over it. you can have the pipe glued back together once the weather warms up. that will get you up and running in the mean time

thanks jim my pipe also is joined to the pipe for the rain i havent a clue about cutting it. is ther anything else i can do is it worth me calling someone out will they be able to thaw the pipe. i am freezing

i think the condense pipe or the pipe it runs into could still be frozen, my condense pipe is connected into a rain water pipe that is blocked solid i had to cut it to let it run and will get the installer to reroute after the thaw
