ive no heating, my boiler is making bubbling sound? i cant get it to boot up. i need to understand systerm. ive a baby & its freezing.. think i need 2 put water in therom
when i have the heating on the hot water runs cold but if i have the heating off the hot water is ok

if its a condensing boiler sounds like your condense pipe outside is frozen .pour a kettle of luke warm water over it .or the trap underneath boiler is blocked if its never been serviced

your condensate pipe is frozen. pour some boiling water on it to de-frost.
