How can I fix my worcester 24i?

My worcester 24i has stopped working the blue light is flashing and the reset button is also flashing, what should I do ?

I suspect that your condensate waste has frozen up outside, find where it leaves the house and pour boiling water over it, this should release any frozen water and boiler should operate again.
