My Vokera Syntes 29 combi boiler keeps clicking off with fault code 04..the pressure appears to keep falling off..

When I refil the loop( the handle needs to point down at 6 oclock) when back in use shold the handle be pointing to quarter to 3 or 12 oclock the diagram on the boiler is unclear??
