My saniflow is not emptying the water or waste?

Although my saniflow is making a noise, it is not emptying the water or waste from the toilet, what could the problem be. I have taken it apart and the blades seem fine and there appears to be no blockages.

It may not be the pump at fault, the discharge pipe to the drains may be blocked
