my kitchen sink taps often do not work in cold weather the rest of the house and heating is usually ok yersterday during the thaw rushing water could b heard in the wall and my kitchen flooded . turned water off by stop cock now awaiting plumber.is it ok to have my combi boiler still on whilst water off? and how can i protect pipes in future?
