velux window opening mechanism?
My velux window in the loft was difficult to open and I pulled hard on the latch, the window opened but the latch has moved down to a position and wont move up to lock the window in closed position.I have oiled but does not move the latch
The long pole to the Velux hook just spins around and around and does not open the skylight! Seem as if there maybe gears that are stripped ! Can you repair this problem wit h certainty ?
