what is error e20 or nct fault in a Potterton Promax combi boiler? ?

The boiler is saying e20 error which is an nct fault, can anyone tell me what this means? Thank you!!

I have got the same problem with my boiler, the E20 pops up. I don't know if this is of much help to you:

On Pg.8 it basically says, 'E20 Central Heating NTC Fault'.

do you mean ntc? if so, it's the temperature sensor that needs replaced.
