DO the motor or other parts in the Goldstar DH3010B dehumidifier need to be oiled by the user?

not gerneraly but, it's a good idea. i take the cover off of mine anually , oil the motor and spray the coils off. Dust builds up on the coils, then it ices up. I use a soapy water soulotion first to wet the coils then I spray them down . reassemble , and let it sit 24 hours to dry
