CP error code appears on dash and tractor makes attempt to move, if you turn tractor off and restart this error disappears, tractor in everyday use but on occasion this error appears.
Make sure that all three gear levers are in neutral before you switch on the ignition not just the shuttle lever. Mine does the same thing if I forget to put em all in the middle.

cp means that you have engeged the tractor into gear without clutching...i have a 95 7740 sle and have experienced this problem
