Neff Dishwasher top arm doesn't rotate?

We have a neff dishwasher (S5443X1GB/17). The top spray arm does not rotate although the water is getting through. Can't see any water supply problems. Advice please?

I believe it is the circulation pump impeller that needs to be replaced. £35
