please can anyone help i am trying to programme the otc menu on the optimax tech support unhelpfull and keep getting in to different screen on the lcd. have pressed reset for 5 secs and dont get cu flashing it flashes hi or in. dont think ferroli agents in uk know either keep fobbing me off. i also want to change the setting for the short cycle time delay which i think you can do if you have the engineer book please help

Ferroli won't give out installers menu making it a poor boiler to buy because you have to employ their engineers to maintain it. This should be made clear by the companies selling the boilers but isn't of course!
