I have a baxi 105e it has never had a problem with it until the neon light showing fault with the fan or flue both have been checked out both are ok we have changed the thermastat and safety sensor for dhw but still knocks off and neon light comes on we can reset it but not always succsessful many thanks

it sounds like yr air pressure switch. take the outer case off and open a hot tap.Then bang the inner metal case where the boiler fires up.A lot of time this will disturb the air flow and bring the boiler on. If it persists with the same problem get the switch changed
