One light out of three in bathroom not working?

I have 3 halogen 12w lights in my bathroom. One is not coming on so i replaced the bulb, but it is still not coming on. Can you help? Thanks in advance

if the lights are run through individual transformers one could be at fault try swapping one that works with the one that doesnt
