auto focus does not do a good job of clearing picture qualtiy.
when perform auto focus the "tartets" on all 4 sides of screen seem to be off and mis aligned.
IE regular tv the picture is too large in most vewing formats ie head and bottom cut off.
Appears as the video rgb camers need alignment to focus on the projection screen.
Is there an adjustment for the screen size and quality of picture.
What is the procedure to do this?

There is comprehensive adjustment for convergence and geometry accessible by an engineer.

Apart from basic customer convergence, the engineers adjustments are hidden as they shouldn't be attempted yourself, due to their interaction and complexity.
