My mp3 won't charge. No matter what computer I plug it into, the results stay the same. I've googled problems that may be similar to mine and the answers are to update firmware or reset or something. My mp3 won't turn on or anything. What do I do?

Make sure you follow the directions the firmware upgrade software comes with. The key to solving it in pressing and holding the play button after 10 sec reset whilst plugging in the player to your computer. After the firmware upgrade it should work! Good Luck!
