can the sensor on dimplex xls6n be removed?
recently replaced dimplex bathroom radiator xls6n after 15 years - old one got rusty. had 3 engineers out because radiator hardly builds up over-night economy heat. Had thermostat replaced and sensor, to no avail.Replaced radiator, but, still not operating properly. I believe because of small bathroom, sensor is over-reacting, asked engineer could he remove sensor, but, said 'no' would effect warranty. I believe they do make the same radiator without sensor (model xl6n) so I cannot understand why they cannot remove the sensor. At present the bathroom by midday is cold!
