ive a support plus mp3 , & it was doing good. so i was formating it so many times ( whenever i want to clear it ) so suddenly whenever i connect it to my computer , it can recognize it . & when i checked the memory status it says 28mb instead of 256. so if really can give me a help i wud be so great full.
