Look at the outside end where you put a label, at the left hand end is a small box. There should be a tab there, if it was removed, then cover that box with tape.
The tabs are removed so you can not tape over whatever was taped first. View the tape first, make sure its something you didn't want to save. Covering that small box with tape will let you tape over what’s on it now. Hope that helps.
