Whilst the equipment works OK as a receiver I cannot get the programme guide to show current and future programmes. HELP

hello, i got promblem my thomson dti 6300-16 about recorder wont work, and keep saying on messgae fault not recorder, how i fix that recorder, last time was working recorder now wont work can you tell me what wrong ????

are the buttons on remote WORKING check/confirm using a digital camera look through the viewfinder (camera on) the remote to face the camera while someone press's each button on the remote you should SEE a whites spot/dot each time a button is pressed because the camera is SEEING in the infrared spectrum .

other things
change the batteries they may be weak
rescan the box
