We have a 3 yr old Glow Worm 30hxi boiler which is serviced by Glow Worm and appears to be be A1. No problem with heating or water. However, for some time now we hear a loud shudder through the piping system when it starts up, and on occasion through the day when it turns itself off. Our installation engineer has no idea what is causing it. We have bled all radiators. We are willing to send a cheque to any person who can offer a solution. Many thanks

if its pipes makeing knocking sounds on start up it could be the pipes under the floor boards not being cut into the joists deep enough
