the drain pump has bee replaced and it has made no difference

my hoover hnf 7167 wont drain water it shows error code 3 pump time out i have replaced the pump but it still wont drin non of the pipes are blocked

try changing your draining pump motor u can get them on ebay for under a tenna including postage coz i have same problem
