what is wrong with my tv volume?

My 32" Sanyo doesn't go very loud anymore...it's about 5 yrs old...can it be blown speakers?

If a speaker "blows" it stops working completely - a "blown speaker" would be a very, very rare thing. You may probably have a failing component in the circuit that feeds the speaker(s) limiting the output.
