Filling in Low Spots in Metal Roof?

I have a double wide mobile home with a metal roof. There are two spots near the edge that have become lower and now the water puddles in those areas when it rains. The puddles are about 1/2" in the deepest part. The area covering both low spots is about 4'x6'. One side of the roof is 12'. What can I use to fill in the low spots so the water will run off the roof as it did before.

As a caravan owner it sounds to me a structural problem for that size sagging. You'll have to get it inspected to see why, it may be rotten timber framing.
