Glow-worm compact 80 combi boiler hot water problem?

The above boiler when the hot water is swithed on it starts of warm but then goes cold ,what might cause this and how can i fix it?

Lol me to hot water for 1 mins then cold for 1 this on a constant cycle and it's doing my head in, exactly the same with the heating to . spent loads to heating engineers but never helped anything
