Hard reset the media box, unplug from mains, remove the lid, on the inside of the box, you will see two main boards, one is the psu (front) , the other is the mainboard (towards the rear of the box), towards the front of the mainboard you will find two plugs, pl625 and pl626, unplug both these plugs, then plug the media box back into the mains and switch on, you should have a red light on, then unplug from mains, replace the two plugs into the mainboard, replace the lid, and plug back into the mains, power up, now the box should work ok, if it does not, then the fault lies with the lvds lead that connects the box to the panel, dont forget that the infra red receiver for the remote is in the panel, so you must have the lvds lead connected properly for it to work ok, a hard reset usally cures most problems on the av box. Please do not attempt to do this if you are not fully confident with electrical equipment, and read carefully the instructions i have given, do not place hand in box whilst it is plugged into the mains at all.
