replace a bulb in a sealed downlight that is stuck?

the bulb has a clip holding it in place, but when its removed the bulb is still there. i have tried it with other similar bulbs in the house - works ok. so looks like its stuck there. please help

Try one of these little suckers. Stick like glue to the blb then you can pull, twist, whatever to get the lamp out

i sometimes find that using sticky tape on the glass and makng a loop to pull works.

try giving it a poke, or carefully prising it out with a screwdriver or something similar.
