You might need to be specific on where the puncture is and how it was punctured so you can get a more precise answer. I punctured a small hole in my condensor coil while removing a build up of ice, for now I have put some water proof silicone gel over the top to stop the air from seeping, but I'm not sure if this is safe in the long run. Might pay to call up the dealership, they should know for certain.
