I have a dimplex XT12 heater installed in one of my bedrooms and now its not working. A handy man has had a look at it and say's there is no power to the elements, however there is power to the charger and the power accelerator (got that name from another website). Does anyone have any idea how to fix it.

Any info would be much appreciated.
