my dad got a new touch screen mp4 through ebay comming from hong kong. when it came the case it came in was broken. he charged it then tried it later that day. the screen dint fully work. he tried to go to the settings and it would just randomly go somewere else.I had just formated it a few seconds ago and it did not help. what do i do? I'm the one who has to do it because he dosent know how to fix anything like this.
