how do I cange a twyfords toilet seat with concealed fixings?

I am trying to remove a broken toilet seat from a Twyfords WC Pan. The fixixings are fully concealed and i cannot full the old fittings out? I have tried un screwing them and leavering them out to no avail? any help please.
