if your camera is frozen ie seems like a crash. the memory card
may need re formatting but you would need to do that on another camera or a card reader.
If the camera is dead try new batteries.
There is also a fault with the sensor chip on some cameras which cause the viewer to flare this is a problem with other cameras as well but konica have anounced they may fix it for free I believe, see konica website for details.
