my oil ran out and my lockout light came on.after oil delivery i pressed the lock out button all fine. I noticed the pressure was low . And i now have dark warm water coming out the outside overflow that looks like rad water.itr a worcester heatslave 15/19 any help would be great thanks.

suggest you drain the system,check the pressure vessel air pressure(maybe flat) add some Fernox cleaner, run for a fortnight, drain down again, add a Fernox inhibitor, and refill.your system is now HAPPY and will be protected from RUST.
