1: Press standby on remote control to switch TV on
2: Press volume minus button on set front, while pressing 7 on remote control for at least two seconds, until 'OK' appears in the middle of the screen

Do you mean a Matsui. (Last time I looked, Mitsui was a Japanese Chemical company.) If its a Matsui try DSG (AKA: Dixons, Currys, Link, PC World, etc.), Matsui is one of their brands.
