why my siren Mp3 player won't play music?

well, 3 days ago it wroked fine, but it couldn't play an artist list, or genre nor album... but today I got some issue, my Mp3 player has music in its memory, but I can't play it and something else, all of those Siren Mp3 player owners know that when you copy music to this stuff it has some updates, right? well that's the problem my siren won't make any update and that's why I can't play my music in this stuff sais "NO FILES"
WHAT?!!! it's in it's limit of memory... if any of you know why, plz tell me and if any of you knows how to fix it, I will really apreciate it

Well if you're already at your memory don't try to add more songs. If you connect your player to your computer, it should show up as a "removable drive" double click on the icon (under my computer) Then you should be able to see all of your songs. The operating system or what plays the songs, is also visible. You should not change/delete any files that were on there other than music files
