I took mine apart and found it was a component on the main PCB that hd blown. Nice scorch marks and stuff. I went to a local parts dealer and got a replacement board for £120. I found them online but they were more expensive. Replaced the thing myself and working again.
It sounds like you have the same problem. But it could be either of the two PCBs inide that have blown. Check or get and electrician to do it for you.
