Sounds like you have a broken belt, bad brake or binding tub (caused by clothing accidently getting stuck between the inner and outer tubs). If you are mechanically inclined you can fix the broken belt or binding tub, but the brake assembly requires a special tool to remove the 91kg spring. Good luck.
