how can i fix my heating?

i cant get my heating to fire up.the gas is on the light are all on and the jet on the baxi back boiler is on but it just wont fire up

sorry but the description is a bit vague, it may be best to call out an engineer to diagnose and repair the fault unless you can give some more detail.
